The Application Process

Once an individual participation request is received by the Internext Expo committee, it will be logged and recorded as an official submission (if it is complete and approved) and will then go through the following process:

1) The Internext seminar committee will review all proposals and will then decide which panelists will be assigned to the education program. These decisions will be based on knowledge and experience of the topic, and past participation.

2) The Speaker Release Agreement must be returned within five business days of receiving the written confirmation email and it must be signed/dated to be accepted.

Rules & Regulations

1) No obvious and gratuitous self and/or company promotion will be allowed at anytime during a presentation. Company literature (excluding the seminar program sponsor(s)) is strictly prohibited in the seminar areas, common areas and within any public areas of the show unless previously arranged and approved by show management.

2) Panelists should arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of their seminar to review the program with the moderator. If presenter fails to arrive on time they may forfeit their right to participate in future seminar/conference programs. It is show management's full right to refuse participation to anyone and for any reason.

3) All presenters must abide by all Internext Expo show rules and regulations including those of the host facility. Rules and regulations are clearly outlined on our Internet site (www.Internext-Expo.com) and on signage at the event.
